Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items marked as final sale

Refunds

Once your return is approved and received:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash
  • Cash on Delivery orders will be refunded to your bank account or mobile wallet
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size or color, subject to stock availability. Please contact us before sending any item back.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

How to Initiate a Return
