1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day
- You will receive a confirmation message via email or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched

We currently ship across Pakistan, including:
- All major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Quetta, Faisalabad, Multan)
- Remote and rural areas (delivery times may vary)

5. Payment Method
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Payment is collected at the time of delivery — no advance payment or online transfer required.
Please ensure you have the exact amount ready upon delivery.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or email to monitor your shipment.
7. Failed Deliveries
- If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will make 2 additional attempts
- After failed attempts, the order will be returned to us and re-delivery will be arranged
8. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
